Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital content creation, a keen understanding of branding and sales strategies, a focus on enhancing customer/user experience, and the ability to excel in corporate communication and public relations. The role involves contributing to digital marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness, and fostering a positive customer journey.

Responsibilities :

1. Digital Content Specialization :

- Develop and implement digital content strategies across various platforms to enhance brand visibility.

- Create engaging and shareable content, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and infographics.

- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices for digital content creation.

2. Branding, Sales, and Marketing :

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute brand-building initiatives.

- Contribute to the development of sales and marketing campaigns that align with overall business objectives.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of branding and marketing efforts.

3. Customer/User Experience :

- Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer/user experience across digital channels.

- Analyze user feedback and behavior to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

4. Documentation and Knowledge Creation :

- Develop and maintain documentation for digital marketing processes and strategies.

- Create educational materials and resources to share industry knowledge and best practices within the team.

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

5. Corporate Communication and PR :

- Develop and execute corporate communication plans to maintain a positive public image.

- Act as a spokesperson for the company, handling media relations and external communications.

- Work closely with internal teams to align external messaging with corporate values and goals.
