Position : Manager - Brand Solutions

Responsibilities:

- Defines, outlines, and executes the lead generation programs to deliver expected lead quality conversions. Build strong working relationships with the clients & brands to better understand and address opportunities for growth in sales.

- Conduct initial, regular, and follow-up meetings with prospective clients/brands via online as well as offline mode.

- Reaching out to CXO- s, Marketing directors, Marketing Executives, etc. who are the decision makers in their respective organisation to Pitch Influencer Marketing & other allied services.

- Generate leads using various platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn Sales navigator, outreach, cold calls, emails, CRM's etc to Identify prospects, right contacts, decision makers for business development. Also, Identify events within the industry which enhance referring brands and/or prospective client engagement.

- Build a strategic plan for time management each week to foster an effective use of time and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual KPI's

- Closely monitor & prepare data/report on a regular basis for qualified opportunities, existing campaigns, outreach, brief conversation as well as nurturing the leads/pipeline at the early stage of conversion.

- Provide continuous feedback to cross functional teams regarding areas for potential improvement in business or operations to improve client relationships.

- Build a strong sales pipeline - responsible for forecasting and detailed pipeline management for exceeding sales, new customer acquisition, customer satisfaction, pricing and yield goals.

- The ability to create exciting sales pitches. Excellent negotiator, strong closing skills and an ability to recognize and act on great opportunities.

- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill gaps and generate new ideas that grow market -share, improve customer experience and drive growth.

- Take responsibility for all phases of the complete sales cycle including pre-sales presentations, client persuasion, conducting negotiations, contracting terms, and client service requirements.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop client presentations to include competitive info, landscape, and ideas.

- You will develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the marketplace you work in, including regular analysis of competitor activity and identifying opportunities for new revenue streams.

Desired Qualifications and Key Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Development, or related field

- 1-5 years of demonstrated success in performing a business development/sales representative function with excellent digital sales acumen within an Influencer Marketing Agency or Media Industry.

- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a customer-focused mindset to respond quickly to customer needs.

- Demonstrated success in meeting revenue goals and building effective relationships.

- Ability to excel in a highly competitive environment and adaptability to a rapidly evolving media landscape

- Ability to multi-task with strong time, project management skills and financial business acumen skills
