Job Responsibilities:
- Serving as the main point of contact between clients and the agency
- Understanding the needs and goals of clients and building plans to achieve them
- Timely follow-ups with clients to ensure they're satisfied with the work being done
- Addressing concerns or issues clients may have and working with individual teams/employees or the senior management to resolve them
- Researching competitors and keeping up-to-date with trends and best practices to ensure client success
- Collaborating closely with the internal team to build strategies, program timelines and meet client expectations
