Your job as a business development manager is to identify sales leads, pitch Our services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. Communicating new product developments to prospective clients. Overseeing the development of marketing literature. Writing reports.
Key Areas :
- Coordinating with a client for running successful business operation and experience of implementing procedures and SLA for business standards.
- Preparing documents as per the requirements & maintaining confidential work reports/legal documents
- Guaranteeing all enquiries/payments should be dealt quickly, keeping the files & documents updated; monitoring the process to ensure operational efficiency in the best interests of the company
- Sustaining cordial relationship with customers, ensuring quality and service norms to achieve customer satisfaction
- Maintaining existing customers to ensure business sustainability.
- Monitoring operational process documentation and suggesting improvement system wherever necessary
Educational qualifications :
MBA in marketing
Skills and Requirements:

- Should have knowledge of website development and knowledgeable in SEO Sales.
- Working closely with the operations team to generate quality leads.
- Should have nice proposal writing, presentation and sensible communication skills.
- Ability to pitch business proposals to purchasers, negotiate and shut sales.
- Brainstorm new and artistic growth strategies.
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Utilize robust analytical ability to judge end-to-end client experience across multiple channels and client touch points.
- Tracking and managing company pipeline to exceed quarterly business goals.
