Responsibilities :
- Define and manage social media communication strategy using a variety of formats with a high focus on growing channels organically.
- Own new initiatives to improve and increase brand presence.
- Align with monthly campaigns and maintain social media calendar
- Deploy updated content strategies & trends
- Ensure brand consistency through tone, language and design published on digital platform
What you need :
- Have around 1-5 years of related work experience
- Are well-versed with industry tools and platforms like Google Analytics, and Hootsuite
- Proficient with social media platforms, insights, and dashboards
- A strong ability to analyze performance while having a creative bent
- Are able to multitask and comfortable working in a start-up
