Social Media Specialist - eCommerce (2-4 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Implement the social media strategy, coordinating with stakeholders across the Company to ensure its effectiveness and encouraging the adoption of relevant social media techniques.
- Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities.
- Manage presence on social networking sites including Facebook, Insta, Twitter, YouTube, Share chat, Telegram and other similar community sites, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, trends, and applications and drive growth.
Skills & Experience :
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- 2-4 years experience in social media management, and content marketing.
- RMG Sector experience would be a plus.
- Ability to explain social media data in an understandable way.
- Strong multi-tasking & problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and short video/reels content creation.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
