Social Media Specialist (4-10 yrs)

Key Responsibilities : 

- Social Publishing : Schedule content optimally across multiple profiles, networks, and campaigns. Assign native posts to campaigns. Organize our media library of videos, images, GIFS and PDFs.

- Social Analytics & BI : Build global custom dashboards to measure the impact of our content and share best practices and benchmarks.

- Social Listening : Monitor mentions, keywords, customer discussions, and competitor pages. Escalate sudden activity or negative sentiment as they arise.

- Community Management : Review and assign daily social media inquiries (direct messages, comments, mentions, and replies) to colleagues.

- Governance : Support teams with access to specific profiles, campaigns, and settings. Ensure all social profiles remain in connected status. Update our banned keywords to protect our reputation and stay compliant. Archive our social media inbox quarterly and our campaigns yearly. Keep current and test out new platform features and product updates.

- Other global social media initiatives as assigned.

Job Qualifications & Skills : 

- Experience : Minimum 4 years of social media experience with LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. Experience with social media management and project management tools, such as Oktopost and Workfront. Experience with Microsoft Office and Teams. Experience with paid social media is a plus. University degree in Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred.

- Communications:  Effective communication skills to develop relationships with internal colleagues and external partners.

- Project Management : Ability to plan and organize work and self to achieve objectives and targets; accountable for delivering outcomes; strives to meet and exceed expectations.

- Agile:  Has a flexible approach to change; can work effectively in various situations; constantly seeks improvements and is forward-looking.

- Languages : Fluency in English. Other languages are a plus (Chinese, French, German, Spanish, Swedish, Swiss, Turkish, etc.)
