Social Media Professional - Hotel (1-2 yrs)

This role is responsible for the day to day activities and campaigns across social media networks including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, YouTube, Instagram and Pinterest.

Functional Responsibilities

- Social Media Program

- Manage social media day to day activities

- Create the social media strategy

- Create and maintain a social media editorial calendar and posting schedule

- Write editorial content

- Seed content into social networks

- Well-versed with Lead Management Campaigns across all social media channels such as Facebook/IG

- Knows tips-&-tricks to optimize Ad campaigns to elevate Ad experience & performance

- Manage presence in social networking sites

- Engage in conversations and answer questions

- Build a brand ambassador network

- Monitor the activities of main competitors in social media

- Monitor social space for brand and related topics and conversations

- Preparing Social Calendar on a monthly basis

- Preparing a strategy for social media channels on the brand's engagement and promotion across all digital platforms

- Experienced in Inorganic Campaign planning and execution on Facebook/IG/Linkedin/Twitter

- Lead Management: Generating high-quality & qualified leads from paid channels and justify ROI

- Updated with current social media trends

- Perform Off-page SEO on a monthly basis.

- Well-versed with Lead Management Campaigns across all social media channels such as Facebook/IG

- Knows tips-&-tricks to optimize Ad campaigns to elevate Ad experience & performance.


Social Media Campaign

- Manage social media campaigns

- Execute social media campaigns on budget

- Manage a blogger outreach program

- Post and comment on relevant blogs

Creativity : 

- Convey ideas in a clear and precise manner

- Develop creative, innovative and relevant campaigns to achieve business objectives

- Must be imaginative and curious about the world and brand

Reporting : 

- Analyse and evaluate the social media programs and campaigns

- Report on effectiveness of the programs and campaigns

Experience :

- 2+ years experience

- Strong passion for social media and a desire to try new and innovative content across the social media

- Knowledge of popular social tools Exposure to branding is preferred

Knowledge :

- Understanding of Social Media Planning and Programming

- Knowledge of Campaign Management Good in reporting

- Knowledge of various tools that are used for running and analysis social programs

Skills:

- Extremely high Creative skills

- Critical thinking ability to analyse
