Responsibilities :

- Develop and Execute Digital and Social Media Campaign Strategies : Formulate comprehensive strategies for digital and social media campaigns that align with organizational goals and objectives.

- Create Engaging Content : Craft compelling and relevant content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and email marketing, to attract and retain the target audience.

- Conduct Audience and Industry Research : Thoroughly research target audiences and industry trends to gain insights and inform content strategies.

- Collaborate with Marketing Team : Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and implement feedback to improve content performance.

- Optimize for SEO and Organic Traffic : Apply search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to content to increase organic visibility and drive traffic.

- Stay Updated on Industry Trends : Continuously monitor industry trends, digital marketing developments, and best practices to ensure content strategies remain current and effective.

- Ensure Brand Consistency : Maintain brand consistency by aligning content with established brand guidelines and visual assets.

- Manage Multiple Assignments : Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple projects, adhering to project timelines and deadlines.

Skills :

- Strong Ideation Skills : Ability to generate creative and innovative ideas for content that resonate with the target audience.

- Excellent Command of English : Proficiency in written and verbal English to create high-quality content and communicate effectively.

- Familiarity with at Least One Indian Language : Knowledge of at least one Indian language to cater to a diverse audience and regional content needs.

Qualifications :

- Postgraduate or Graduate Degree in Journalism or Mass Communication: A degree in journalism or mass communication provides a solid foundation in communication principles and strategies, which is essential for this role.
