Social Media & Performance Marketing Role - Media Firm (2-3 yrs)

Job Responsibilities :


- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to promote podcast episodes and engage with our audience across platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.

- Create compelling and visually appealing content including graphics, videos, and written copy tailored to each platform to maximize engagement and reach.

- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments/messages, and monitoring performance metrics.

- Implement performance marketing campaigns (such as PPC, SEM, and paid social advertising) to drive traffic and conversions, with a focus on optimizing ROI.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others, and use insights to refine strategies and improve results.

- Collaborate with the podcast production team to develop marketing assets and promotional materials aligned with the content themes and objectives.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, performance marketing, and podcast promotion, and leverage emerging opportunities to enhance our marketing efforts.

- Track industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.

Job Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.

- Proven experience (2+ years) in social media marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing, with a strong track record of driving results.

- Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) and performance marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and optimize campaigns.

- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content concepts.

- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Passion for podcasts and audio storytelling is a plus.
