Social Media Marketing Specialist (1-5 yrs)

- Candidate should have experience in developing SMM strategies and executing the same

- Will be required to come up with strategies for clients on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Websites, Blogs and Apps

- Plan social media campaigns (communications, contests etc.) in line with the strategy, organizational objectives and budget allocations

- Excellent understanding of the social media landscape and in-depth knowledge of optimization tools

- Experience in competitive audience research

- Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders

- Manage social media campaigns and day-to-day activities across all Social media platforms

- Create and maintain an exhaustive Social media calendar

- Engage in customer conversations on Social media platforms and moderate user generated content on client's pages

- Manage blogger outreach programs used for creation of content for client's blog pages

- Weekly performance reporting of all Social media platforms

- Develop benchmark metrics to evaluate social media campaigns and report on campaign effectiveness

- Content writing for blog to ensure that the blog gets highly shareable content and also ranks in terms of organic traffic

- Influencer marketing programs like Blogger outreach & engagement

- Effective copywriting in different styles viz. blogs, Twitter, Facebook etc. Knowledge of writing for Search Engine Optimization is an added advantage

- Good command over grammar, punctuation and language

- Needs to have flair to understand products, services and different industries so that the same can be presented in a lucid manner across online and offline creatives

- Experience in Lead generation & Customer acquisition through digital channels

- Content development for digital marketing & brand building (e.g. website content, online banners, search ads, etc.)

- Effective optimization of Facebook ad campaigns & initiatives w.r.t. CTR, CPC, CPV, CPL, CPO and CPA and other key metrics

- Creative, pro-active, team player and ability to multitask
