Brief job description - Managing social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Creating and curating content for social media platforms, including posts, videos, and graphics.
- Monitoring social media activity and engaging with customers and followers to build relationships.
- Analyzing and reporting on social media metrics, such as engagement rates and click-through rates, to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Staying up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Collaborating with other teams, including marketing and sales, to align social media strategies with overall business goals
Educational qualification/ Competencies - Degree in marketing, communication studies, journalism, creative writing, or similar.
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio of past campaigns
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and metrics
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for staying up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
