Responsibilities :
1. Build visibility on platforms such as Sharechat, Moj, MX Takatak, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
2. Create ideas and concepts for the platform
3. Work with the content team and the design team to build content on the shortlisted concepts
4. Publish the content on these platforms to garner love from the users
5. Communicate with the followers and respond to their queries on our social media
6. Iterate on the concepts to generate more visibility and virality of our content
7. Work towards the ultimate KPI - to increase the views of SriMandir branded content across platforms
Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in Social Media Management for an organisation
- Understanding of the Hindi speaking audience and their behaviour. Past experience of working with a similar audience would be preferred
- Understanding of content - graphics, video and text. Should be well versed with the creation of content in these formats using simple tools
- Creative skills to come up with new ideas for our users time to time
- Excellent copywriting skills in English and Hindi both
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Past experience of working on platforms such as Sharechat, Moj, MX Takatak, Facebook.
