1. Understand client's business goals and target audience to implement social media strategies to acquire customers through platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.

2. Create own text/content writings for the videos, images posts for social media engagement using the designing and editing software's.

3. Knowledge in creating the short reels and thumbnails and posting it in social media for the promotions.

4. Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.

5. Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.

6. Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company's social content.

7. Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.

8. Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.

9. Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.

10. Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.

11. Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist

12. Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills

13. Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge

14. Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels

15. Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability

16. Fluency in English
