Social Media Management - Marketing - Textile/Apparel (3-5 yrs)
- Create engaging posts for social media conveying the brand message
- Manage company's brand image on social platforms in a cohesive way to achieve marketing goals.
- Keep up with the latest digital technologies and stay abreast with latest social media trends.
- Handle company's social media presence ensuring audience engagement.
- Oversee completely all Social Media Platforms viz Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and more
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Set specific objectives and milestones to increase follower base and generate report on ROI
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Inter team co-ordination with internal functions like sales, editorial, IT and market intelligence
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
- Research, locate and engage potential influencers across all channels, and collaborate
- Understand how to measure the success of campaigns using analytics tools.
- Qualification : Bachelor's Degree in Business Communications, Marketing or related field
- Experience : Should be possessing around 3-;5 years of experience in SMM.
- Having previous proven experience in driving the Social Media & Growth
- Experience in developing a social media strategy.
- Proven ability to build a social media community.
- Experience as a brand manager on social media.
- Hands on experience in content management
