1. Extensive social media experience. This means the person is actively participating in a wide variety of social media activities such as blogging, community development and management, social bookmarking, commenting, etc. and is well-connected with the broader social media world
2. Ideating ways to drive engagement on social media. Manage company Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest & Instagram accounts
3. Liaison with the digital agency to execute and manage the social media strategy
4. Measure the impact of campaigns and overall performance
5. Responsible for content generation and curation
6. Manage the blogger and influencer program and create an engagement strategy
7. Innovative ideas for content that have the potential to viral on the social media platforms
8. Writing and editing content that includes blogs, travelogues and creating destination guides
9. Researching relevant topics across media that can be used for new content creation
10. Interviewing travellers and interesting people to create viral content
11. Organized and innovative self-starter with a positive attitude
12. A passion for learning new things, and conducting research
