Important : This is a full-time role based out of our office in Bangalore and we are not offering an option to work remotely.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Manage and oversee social media accounts for clients.

- Create and execute effective social media strategies to achieve client objectives.

- Coordinate with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address their needs.

- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, making data-driven improvements.

- Generate engaging content and graphics for various social media platforms.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure optimal campaign results.

- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in social media account management and strategy development.

- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.

- Excellent communication and client coordination skills.

- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms (Hootsuite)

- Creativity and ability to generate compelling social media content, using platforms like Canva, VN, InShot etc.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Knowledge of emerging social media trends and technologies.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
