The Role, Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

As a marketing consultant, you will be responsible for SOCH Business Mentors LLP physical and digital presence through impactful strategies, robust media plans, creative and compelling content. Your role will help us build SOCH Business Mentors LLP as a premium family business consulting company dedicated to transforming family business amongst the potential audience, showcasing our competencies and expanding our brand presence. In addition, you will receive opportunities to work on projects end to end where you will define, plan, execute and measure campaign impact.

The consultant must have:

1. Excellent designing, editing and storytelling skills as well as strong verbal communication skills

2. Ability to plan, articulate and deliver start-to-end content for marketing

3. Ability to collaborate, team and network across a flat organisation

4. Creative and innovative thinking all leading towards result-centric delivery of actions

5. Strong deadline-orientation and ability to work under tight deadlines and manage time accordingly

6. Experience of creating social media plans and content

7. Proven capability to translate the business agenda into high-quality, relevant, audience-centric communications

8. Design and deliver marketing and communications planning across multiple campaigns

9. Manage communication activity to promote the SOCH brand, attract potential family businesses to SOCH and to enhance our visibility in the market

10. Develop key messaging and tactics to engage SOCH audiences

11. Understand effective use of different channels

12. Use metrics and measurement tools to analyse the impact of various communications

The above to be delivered with a small project team of 2-3 individuals for the first 12 months; later to be made into a practise run by the individual in this role.
