Snouters - Executive - Business Development (1-3 yrs)

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities : 

1. Act as the community champions for pet parents helping them find safe stays

2. Manage their sales pipeline and hit weekly/monthly targets/

3. Work with the founders to build sales processes from scratch.

Qualifications : 

1. Bachelor's degree 1+ years in sales industry preferably B2C sales experience.

2. Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing demonstrated sales success

3. Strong negotiation skills

4. Strong communication and presentation skills

5. CRM experience is preferred not mandatory
