Snapmint - Sales Development Role (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Achieve/exceed set targets in successful prospecting of CXO/Founder level people in D2C & Offline brands
- Build a sales funnel with adequate pipeline of qualified, early & mature prospects through conducting Online Demo and/or F2F meeting with the respective decision makers at the client organization
- Discover and implement various prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator to create a healthy top-of-the-funnel pipeline
- Identify & implement relevant industry databases for the purpose of prospecting & onboarding
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for successful onboarding of brand partners and be a bridge between partners & the organization
- Collate, analyze & present data to top management on regular basis
- Adhere to daily/weekly/monthly reporting norms set by the organization
Experience & Qualification required:
- 1 to 3 years of BD experience in the B2B space
- Must have experience in Fintech/SAAS companies.
- Strong written & verbal communication to engage confidently with CXO level people at partner organization
- Strong presentation skills to walk through prospects on Snapmint value proposition/benefits
- Strong coordination skills to troubleshoot issues both internally & with partner organization and contribute to great customer experience
- Knowledge of working in CRM products to maintain up-to-date updates on customers
