- Respond To American Customer Queries In A Timely And Accurate Way, Via Phone And Chat.
- Resolving Customer Queries At The First Point Of Contact.
- Excellent Communication Skills In English(Verbal & Written)
- Experience In International Voice Will Be Added advantage
Willing To Work From The Office
Should Be Willing To Work In Night Shift And Weekends.

Experience: 2 - 4 Years In An International Call Center
Shift Timing - 730pm To 1030am (9 Hours In Between The Mentioned Hours).
Location - Chennai, Nungambakkam
