Work days : 6 working days

- Weekly off - Weekly off would be provided between Monday to Friday only , this job requires the candidate to work on Saturday and Sundays compulsorily considering the high level of engagement from the customers on these specific days

Job Summary :

- As a Sales Team Leader, you will play a critical role in driving the success of the sales team and achieving organizational sales targets. You will be responsible for leading, coaching, and motivating a group of sales representatives to maximize their performance, meet sales goals, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

- Primary responsibility is to identify and evaluate potential customers (leads) and then guide them through the sales process to convert them into paying customers. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that only qualified leads progress through the sales funnel, maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Proven experience in lead qualification and/or inside sales ( At Least 2 Years )

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.

- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.

- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Location : Bengaluru ( HSR - Corporate Office )

- Must be fluent in any Regional Languages ( Kannada/Telugu/Marathi/Tamil/Hindi )

Key Responsibilities for the Job Profile :

Sales Consultation :

- Engage qualified leads in meaningful conversations, understanding their specific requirements and pain points.

- Tailor product or service recommendations to meet the needs and preferences of individual leads.

- Provide detailed information about pricing, features, and benefits, addressing objections and hesitations effectively.

Sales Closure :

- Work collaboratively with the sales team to transition qualified leads into the sales pipeline.

- Ensure all necessary documentation and information are collected for a smooth handover to the sales team.

- Assist in scheduling appointments or demos for leads with sales representatives.

Compliance and Ethics :

- Ensure that the sales team operates in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Relationship Building :

- Build and maintain positive relationships with leads by demonstrating empathy, active listening, and a customer-centric approach.

- Follow up with leads at appropriate intervals to nurture their interest and trust in the company's offerings.

Team Leadership :

- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their individual and team targets.

- Foster a positive and high-performance work culture within the sales team, promoting collaboration, motivation, and accountability.

Sales Strategy :

- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to meet or exceed sales goals.

- Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Performance Management :


- Set clear performance expectations and KPIs for the sales team, regularly reviewing and providing feedback to team members.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and one-on-one coaching sessions to help team members improve their skills and performance.

Sales Training and Development :

- Identify training needs within the sales team and coordinate training sessions or workshops to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales training program for new hires.

Sales Reporting and Analysis :

- Monitor and analyze sales data and metrics to assess team performance and provide insights for improvement.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports to the senior management team.
