Job Description :

This role is for an emerging business initiative within Smiles.ai and we are on the lookout for passionate and energetic candidates who can think out-of-the-box and drive innovation for this new venture.

These roles would be ideal for folks with an entrepreneurial edge who are capable of rolling up their sleeves and becoming a part of the zero-to-one journey .

Job Responsibilities :

1) Own and execute the 360 degree offline marketing strategy for the business

2) Drive impactful campaigns and initiatives across Offline channels (BTL,ATL) to drive the growth funnel

3) Identify target user segments and craft multi-touch marketing campaigns to maximize awareness and trailing.

4) Will be handling Pan India offline campaigns from planning to execution and monitoring the achievement of desired outputs

5) Drive interlocking and alignment with the Field Marketing team to ensure that Partner Marketing programs amplify the BTL Activities.

6) Responsible for planning and managing marketing-initiated offline activities within the allocated budgetary guidelines and deadlines

7) Responsible for setting up funnel for all BTL acquisitions

8) Identifying new avenues/vendors/regions to scale business objectives

Job Qualifications : 

1) MBA in Marketing from reputed colleges highly desirable

2) 3+ years of experience in BTL agencies/companies

3) Excellent communication and presentation skills is a must

4) Customer-Centric Approach to problem-solving

5) Ability to derive actionable insights from consumer data and campaign information

6) Proactive mindset and the ability to meet multiple objectives in a fast moving, entrepreneurial environment.

7) Direct to consumer marketing experience
