We are seeking a talented and experienced HubSpot Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a HubSpot Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients in utilizing HubSpot for their digital marketing needs. Key Responsibilities :

- HubSpot Configuration and Setup :

Configure HubSpot accounts to align with client goals and objectives. Set up workflows, lead scoring, and automation processes to optimize marketing efforts.

- Campaign Management :

Develop, implement, and manage inbound marketing campaigns within HubSpot. Create, monitor and analyze email marketing campaigns, landing pages and forms.

- Lead Generation and Nurturing :

- Implement lead generation strategies through HubSpot's lead capture and nurturing tools.

- Segment and target leads for personalized marketing efforts.

- Analytics and Reporting:

Generate and interpret performance reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

- Sales and Marketing Alignment :

- Work closely with sales teams to ensure lead handoff processes are seamless and efficient.

- Assist in setting up lead scoring and qualification criteria.

- CRM Integration :

Integrate HubSpot with other CRM systems for seamless data synchronization. Troubleshoot integration issues and provide solutions.

- Training and Support :

Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on HubSpot best practices. Stay updated on HubSpot features, functionalities and industry trends.

- Stay Current with Industry Trends :

Keep abreast of the latest trends and innovations in digital marketing and HubSpot capabilities. Implement new features or techniques to enhance marketing efforts.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Proven experience working with HubSpot in a digital marketing capacity.

- Strong understanding of inbound marketing principles.

- Proficiency in marketing automation, lead nurturing, and CRM integration.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and client-facing skills.

- HubSpot certifications (preferred).
