Smeniwas Finance - Manager - Sales - SME Loan (5-12 yrs)
- Business and relationship development across Micro small and medium enterprises
- Origination of SME loan products including unsecured business loans, LAP, equipment finance, WC and term loans, receivable discounting from the MSME segment
- Meet monthly targets on new loans and fees
- New business would require candidate to establish client relationships, conduct client meetings to understand business and financial profile of clients, document collection, coordination with risk and back-end, support in documentation execution after sanction
- Support syndication to other co-lenders
- Support for monitoring and recovery of loans
Candidate profile -
1. Post Graduate with Min 5 years experience (of which at least 2 yrs of relevant experience in SME loan sales side)
2. Candidate should have own direct client relationships. We don't want candidates with Only channel management experience
