SmartSewa - Manager - Sales (3-8 yrs)

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

Responsibilities :


- Managing the end-to-end sales cycle of the SmartSewa E-commerce platform.

- Meeting with suitable healthcare product vendors to assess their products, negotiate prices, and communicate any product or service-related concerns.

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

- Design GTM strategy & execute with the support of marketing, sales & operations teams.

- Create brand awareness and prepare the necessary sales enablement collaterals, launch the program with the help of multiple internal teams

- Develop, manage and fulfillment of an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.

Requirements

- Post Graduated - MBA in Sales and Marketing with 3 yrs experience as sales manager, regional manager, or Area sales manager specifically from healthcare products, medical equipment or who have worked in e-commerce Company.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to launch to retain.

- Strong business sense and industry expertise

- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
