Key Expectations (Experience) :
- Extensive experience in solutions selling, either bespoke applications or technology products
- Have experience in leading a team with a roll-sleeve attitude, absolute hands-on in technology
- Should have led a team of 5-10 members, in delivering projects under strict coding guidelines, timelines etc
- Preference, will be given to candidates, with product oriented experience, in design & delivering solutions based on existing / re-usable frameworks
- Value-based selling, driven through process frameworks, demos etc..

- Be part of a fast-pace growth culture, in a product engineering environment
- Be part of solutions selling team, working on latest digital assets for enterprise clients
- Be involved in business scoping with clients based on existing frameworks, deliver solutions
