Job Title: Business Consultant - UNFYD- Sales

Experience: 4 - 6 years of relevant Technology Product/Consulting Sales experience

Job location: Thane, Mumbai

Role and responsibilities:

- Deliver sales targets by selling UNFYD a social, digital, marketing & customer experience suite (www.unfyd.com).

- Manage full sales process to delivery KPI with focus in new wins while growing existing accounts.

- Execute sales strategies and market UNFYD- product solution direct or through alliance channels.

- Identify business needs, generate new leads independently and develop effective go-to-market campaigns.

- Social selling, be digitally responsive to engage and build relationship with prospects & clients via personal social profiles.

- Prepare & deliver presentation & demonstration of business solution to prospective clients.

- Understand UNFYD product's offerings and competitive edge to develop solution & commercial proposals.

- Travel to customer sites to identify and develop sales opportunities on consistent basis and maintain prospect & customer relationships.

Our requirements :

- 3 to 5 years of B2B solution sales experience in Business Application Technology or Cloud solutions.

- Application Solution & Concept selling with C-suite engagement to manage end to end complex sales cycle.

- Successful track record to acquire new business directly or through alliance channel.

- Excellent communication skill in English and Asian languages will be an advantage

- Excellent listening, presentation, and negotiation skill.

- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and other new age tools for use-case building, product marketing & presentations

- Social media savvy with passion in learning & using new technologies

- Degree in any disciples from a recognized institution. MBA is not mandatory but will be preferred

Key Result Areas(KRAs):

- Responsible for the identification of relevant new business opportunities and designs "go-to-market" plan to deliver measurable and significant revenues.

- Pursues sales opportunities in the market, and carries the baton in the beginning of the sales cycle.

- Acts as primary liaison between Consulting, Sales, and Development for the products sales opportunities.

- Generates business opportunities through prospecting mass market programs and leveraging third party partners.

- Develops and coordinates a worldwide relationship with customers that establishes SmartConnect Technologies as a preferred vendor.

- Optimizes UNFYD- sales of product by executing aggressive strategies and plans to successfully drive the product as the preferred customer selection.

- Provides prospects with information on how the product addresses specific needs and leverages large revenue opportunities.

- Assists in articulating product message, coordinates technical resources and hands off deals to a successful close.

Personal traits:

- Progressively increased responsibilities in sales or sales management preferred.

- Marketing and business development experience preferred.

- Demonstrated aptitude for solving business problems using technology and applications.

- Ability to work with and communicate effectively with multiple colleagues in a team selling environment.

- Business and account planning implementation experience.

- Conversant in digital technologies (customer service & marketing) & product sales strategies.

- Strong executive selling skills as well as a demonstrated success in establishing and developing client relationships.

- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to travel independently.
