Below is a brief of the roles and responsibilities:

- Assists with complex sales negotiations, attends sales presentations and helps close deals.

- Overall responsibility to ensure smooth functioning of the smartclass program in all the schools in the region with all aspects of training, content usage, SCC performance

- 100% renewal of all clients.

- Playing an instrumental role in client servicing and ensuring timely collection of payments from the client schools

- Directly manages high profile customer accounts.

- Develops and oversees a sales training program for new and existing employees.

- Analyzes the market dynamics and creating a strategy to move up the sales figures.

- Responsible for sales activity planning, sales reviews and funnel management.

- Conducts presentations on launch of products and organize BTL activities such as seminars, workshops etc.

Desired skillset required :

- Expertise in selling strategies and methodologies, excellent negotiation skills.

- Experience in developing sales strategies and performance metrics.

- Business acumen with excellent communication & presentation skills.
