Responsibilities :
- Identifying new stream of business opportunities and en-cashing them on time.
- Evaluating market trends and conducting a competitor's analysis to achieve market share metrics
- Conceptualizing and driving sales strategies for the attainment of periodical Top line and Bottom line targets from primary and secondary markets.
- Developing new & managing existing relationships with the Promoters and other key stakeholders
- Motivating and training teams on regular basis on product and presentation
- Mentoring, and guiding the team to ensure sales-business generation and achievement of budgeted figures
