- Conduct lead generation activities for sales penetration.

- Acquiring new clients through the leads generated by the BDE team by building strong relationships with CP.

- Initiate and develop rapport with the prospects/clients through meetings, phone calls, emails, etc.

- Market scanning for potential clients/channels

- Motivating Team to Proactively reach out and follow up with prospective clients/Channel Partners

- Understanding Channel Partners psychology and making strategy accordingly

- Developing customized client pitch documents

- Help to develop and strengthen institutional mechanisms i.e., referral network, coordinate, company outreach events etc.

- Shall be responsible for corporate sales

- Shall be responsible for corporate tie-ups.

Skills :

- Good Communication and Marketing Skills

- Understanding Fixed Income Products

- Understanding of CRM Software (Like Bitrix 24)
