Social Media Marketing Manager Responsibilities :

As a Social Media Marketing Manager at Smart Interviews, you'll get to showcase your expertise in enhancing our brand and building strong online communities through our various social media platforms.

1. You will get to work with the Marketing Team to develop, implement and manage our social media strategy and handle social media campaigns that will help us to achieve corporate marketing goals

2. You will define the most important social media KPIs.

3. Measure the success of every social media campaign and develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams

4. Manage and oversee social media content

5. Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network

6. Work with content writers and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing

7. Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization

8. Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Desired Abilities and Experience :

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related field.

2. 2+ years experience in Brand building and/or Marketing. Experience in the Edtech industry is a plus.

3. Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics and social media KPIs.

4. Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices

Compensation :

1. INR 500000 to 700000 per annum, based on the applicant's performance during the interview rounds and experience.

Hiring Process for Social Media Marketing Manager [1 Week process] :

1. Round Zero with our HR - 30 mins: A discussion to get to know you, tell you more about us, talking expectations, roles and responsibilities, and past experiences.

2. Take-Home Assignment: 24 hours: Point of Focus will be your level of creativity.

3. Round One with the Hiring Manager: 30 mins: Discussion will be focused on company expectations and whether our expectations match yours.

4. Round Two with the CEO: 45 mins: We prefer to personally access the cultural fitness of the candidates before being onboarded as we move forward to structure the organization.
