Job Title :

Marketing Manager [Strategy]

What will you do?

- Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative

- Manage company website and work with UX team to enhance user experience

- Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns across all channels

- Establish and maintain branding budgets

- Utilize consumer insights to identify growth opportunities

- Plan and execute events and promotions within communities.

- Reporting and tracking metrics

- Partnering with Sales team and ensuring healthy pipeline of leads

- Partner with agencies for building and executing campaigns

What you have already?

- 2 to 5 years of experience in developing branding and/or marketing,

- Experience with an EdTech company is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.

What CTC do we offer for this role?

- 7 LPA to 10 LPA, as per candidate's performance, experience and knowledge.

We would prefer you to have :

- B2B/B2C marketing experience in an agency, preferably for an EdTech client

- Experience building and executing 360 degree campaigns

- Excellent project management skills

- Backing up marketing instincts with analysis, metrics, and stats

- Prior experience working with agencies to build, execute and track campaigns

- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel Setup, Facebook / Google / Linkedin Ads, HotJar / Microsoft Clarity, Canva is an added advantage.
