Digital Designer Responsibilities :

As a Digital Designer at Smart Interviews, you'll get to showcase your expertise in creating digital assets for our multimedia and digital communication needs.

1. Design on-brand creative solutions related to websites, content graphics, landing pages, email templates, social media graphics, brand campaigns, photography, videography, and illustrations.

2. Cross-functional teams communication: Ensure that all designs align with the technical and brand image, while also meeting usability and website/brand standards.

3. Prepare briefs for each project and present design ideas to members of the team and ensure consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.

4. Review product positioning and online marketing content to identify room for improvement.

5. As a part of the Marketing team, oversee the smooth implementation of new content.

6. Provide advice and guidance on the aesthetics for the campaigns, projects, and promotional events.

7. Knowledge of the latest software and applications to design and develop digital solutions

Desired Abilities and Experience :

1. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in digital design, graphic design, or a related field.

2. 2+ years experience in a professional digital design role. Experience in the Edtech industry is a plus.

3. A portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase your experience and creativity.

4. Solid knowledge of design software programs, especially Adobe Suite, collaborative platforms like Figma, and simple design software like Canva.

5. Familiarity with web designing, wireframes, social media creatives, digital assets like mobile brochures, infographics, etc

Compensation :

1. INR 500000 to 700000 per annum, based on the applicant's performance during the interview rounds and experience.

Hiring Process for Digital Designer [1 Week process] :

1. Round Zero with our HR - 30 mins: A discussion to get to know you, tell you more about us, talking expectations, roles and responsibilities, and past experiences.

2. Take-Home Assignment: 24 hours: Point of Focus will be your level of creativity.

3. Round One with the Hiring Manager: 30 mins: Discussion will be focused on company expectations and whether our expectations match yours.

4. Round Two with the CEO: 45 mins: We prefer to personally access the cultural fitness of the candidates before being onboarded as we move forward to structure the organization.

5. Offer rolls out and let's build great things together.
