Who are we looking for:

Your role is to identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship Clients. This role revolves around good communication and so whatever business you work in your duties are likely to include:

- Promote the company's services addressing or predicting clients objectives.

- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings.

- Planning and preparing presentations.

- Communicating design and services to prospective clients.

- Writing reports.

- Providing management with feedback.

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Key Performance Indicators:

- Self-starter with the ability to establish, prioritize, and organize responsibilities.

- Having good relationship with builders/architect or in real estate industry.

- Proficiency in Japanese Language (optional).

- Strong communication, people and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build rapport.

- Time management and planning skills.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Post Graduate degree in any field.

- 6-8 yrs of hands on experience in working with Japanese Clients.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese Language.

- Customer service orientation and problem solving skills.

- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
