Position Hiring for: Inside Sales (Venue Booking Expert)
Education: Any Graduate
Work experience: 1-2 years
Office Location: Connaught Place, New Delhi
Working days: 6 days (Monday - Saturday)
Working Timings: 10:30 AM - 7 PM
In Hand Salary - From Rs.20,000 up to Rs.30,000 per month.
Perks and Incentives (apart from Salary) : + incentives are up to Rs.80,000 per month)
Job Description:
1) The Candidate should have clear understanding of customer requirements over calls/WhatsApp and help them to freeze down the booking in assigned venues.
2) Meeting monthly revenue targets in assigned venues.
3) Consistently develop a community of repeat customers by building rapport.
4) Ability to solve customer issues and contribute ideas to improve customer service.
5) Clear communication in regards to booking information to both customers and assigned venue management to ensure transparency.
6) Candidate must be comfortable with Cold calling.
7) Candidate must have min. of 1 year of Tele sales, Inside sales experience.
8) Candidate must be confident and comfortable with English and Hindi Languages.
9) Candidate must have Good Communication skills.
