Responsibilities:-
- Sales team leaders often set daily, weekly, or monthly sales goals.
- Insurance Telesales is a person who sells insurance policies.
- Insurance Sales Representative calls clients and potential clients to grow their customer base.
- The Insurance Sales Representative goal is to get information about clients' needs and match them with insurance policies they offer
- They motivate employees to reach individual sales goals and encourage the staff to work better, rather than harder.
- The Insurance Sales Representative goal is to get information about clients' needs and match them with insurance policies they offer.
- Must have 2-3 years of experience of working in outbound health / motor insurance tele sales process.
- Should have handled 6-10 tele caller under him/her
- Should be able to work on computer system / insurance company portals.
- Should be atleast 12th pass
- Should be able to read and understand basic english
