SlicePay - Manager - Customer Experience (5-8 yrs)

The Customer Experience Team is incharge of providing a delightful experience to SlicePay's customers. 


- The team also collaborates with Product Management, Engineering and Credit Risk teams to proactively improve the efficiency of our product by evaluating product readiness, identifying product gaps and consolidating product feedback.

Responsibilities :

- Leading a strong team with the responsibility for Customer Experience (Customer Queries across channels, Feedback, Ratings)

- Manage and support multiple stakeholders across work streams

- Participate in thought leadership activities within the company and the industry

- Ability and willingness to wear multiple hats as needed for success of the team

- An extra eye on budget and cost issues at all times

- Leading your team in the spirit of Slicepay culture to empower people to grow

Qualifications : 

Minimum Qualification : 

- 5+ years- experience in leading a customer-facing organisation

- Proven management skills, a strong analytical mind and structural focus with a sense for strategic decisions and optimisation of business processes.

Preferred Qualification : 

- Strong realisation of the emotional and people aspects of CX. Deep understanding and high awareness of customers being in the drive's seat

- Team-oriented with a high level of customer orientation and exceptionally efficient way of working.

- Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building.

- Familiarity with Digital tools like Zendesk or other similar cloud-based tools
