SlicePay - Content Writer - Technical Vertical (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Write product description, tag lines, articles, recommendation text, review text, testimonial text.
- Work with the product manager to create all the UX content copies as well as the user product journey
- Develop precise and specific customer-focused copies including product on-boarding narratives, settings content, notifications across platforms
- Continuously integrate customer feedback and business requirements into both new and current product experiences
- Ensure all the content we produce is true to the product and consistent with our brand.
- Update product descriptions as needed (both on our websites and other online resources)
Requirements :
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Interest and knowledge in current technologies (fintech is an added bonus)
- Know the art to explain complex ideas in simple language.
- Enthusiasm for finance and technology.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Have prior experience in product content writing.
- Love to interact with the customers
- Is able to structure content in a very logical way
Experience :
- 1 to 3 years of content writing experience with at least 1 year of product experience.
