Job Summary :

To sell accounting & tax compliance services to startups & SMEs. And Call on leads provided & also generate new leads within the set of targeted category calling area with professionalism using up to date information and selling techniques/ CRM provided .

Experience : 1-4 years

Responsibilities and Duties :

1. Lead Generation

Doing cold calls to generate Leads to complement Sales calling - Perform Lead generation calls daily

2. Selling

- Use various leads sources provided to generate phone sales

- Follow Sales script for each call

- Obtain referrals as part of each sales call

- Activity celebrate daily new sales within team

- Achieving weekly and monthly sales target

- After-sales a proper onboarding and complete handover of client to client servicing team.

- With service team on delivery to the client and understand and generate options for up sale.

3. Upsales & cross-sell

- Follow up sales and cross-sales script for existing client calls

- Obtain referrals from existing clients

- Maintain sales and cross-sale statistics for every client and category

- Advise customer's feedback/requests to be provided in writing

4. Administration

- Document sales at the end of the call

- Place all sales documents in the allocated area for Administration officer

- Update the sales board in accordance with office procedure

5. Other Functions

- Participate in team projects

- Adhere to all HR and sales policies of the company

- Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate

- Excellent in speaking English

- Well-groomed

- Positive inclination and aggressiveness to close sales on the call.

- Oriented to achieving Targets & closing Sales

- Able to talk & sell concept to senior executives, Founders & high net-worth individuals, SMEs, Startups, with care and convincing soft-power.
