SlashRTC Software Services - Manager - Sales (5-10 yrs)

We are looking for sales professionals for our team across Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Pune & Bangalore. You are expected to reach out to enterprise accounts in your assigned territory while doing cross-functional coordination and creating customer relations in a fast-paced environment to meet assigned targets.

1. Establish & maintain relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, HODs) to grow the company's presence in enterprise space by bringing new clients

2. Identifying client business requirements and pitch solutions accordingly

3. Develop detailed account level plans so as to provide accurate forecasts on a monthly, quarterly & annual basis

4. Ability to assess internal & external challenges (including competition offerings) and develop plans to mitigate risks arising from such challenges

5. Working with cross-functional teams to execute the sales & client goals

6. Articulate pricing models and have good negotiation skills to create a win-win for the organization and client

Desired Profile :

1. Proven sales experience of 2 to 5 years with expertise in selling to CXOs and big players in the market.

2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

3. Should have experience in the tech industry domain such as CPAAS, Cloud Telephony, Contact Center Solution.

4. Proficiency in using CRM software for sales pipeline planning and forecasting.
