SlashRTC - Senior Sales Manager (3-8 yrs)

We are hiring Sales Manager / Senior Sales Manager with strong experience in Domestic Enterprise sales in SAAS / Telecom Or Salesforce industries.

Responsibilities :

- Establish & maintain relationship with decision-makers (CXOs, HODs) to grow the company's presence in the enterprise space by bringing new clients.

- Identify client business requirements and pitch solutions accordingly.

- Develop detailed account level plans so as to provide accurate forecasts on a monthly quarterly & annual basis.

- Ability to assess internal & external challenges (including competition offerings) and develop plans to mitigate risks arising from such challenges.

- Working with cross-functional teams to execute the sales & client goals.

- Report sales activity on CRM on customer interactions for visibility.

- Articulate pricing models to create a win-win for the organization and client.

Desired Profile :

- Proven sales experience of 6 to 8 years with expertise in selling to CXOs.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in using CRM software for sales pipeline planning and forecasting.

- BA/ BSc degree, Business Administration or relevant field.
