SlashRTC - Executive - Presales (1-2 yrs)
Role & Responsibility :
- Work closely with sales to identify the pain points and provide solutions to clients.
- Skill to demonstrate the product to clients.
- The candidate should sound technical and should have a technical understanding.
- Fair understanding of API and Integrations
- Escalates issues quickly if they can- t be managed or resolved within agreed time-scales
- Ensures urgent and important tasks are completed first
- Keeps necessary people informed of activities and developments
Skills :
- Good Communication Skill
- Technical understanding of use cases and presentation skills
- Solution-oriented analytical skills
- Ability to initiate conversations and make a lasting impact
- Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers, especially at the Executive level
- Experience in Solutioning and should have a consultative approach
- Well-versed with Excel and CRM software
- Customer handling and requirement understanding.
Qualification :
The candidate should be graduate from Bsc-IT / BSc-CS
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in SaaS products.
