- Escalates issues quickly if they can't be managed or resolved within agreed time-scales

- Ensures urgent and important tasks are completed first

- Keeps necessary people informed of activities and developments

- Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers, especially at the Executive level

- Experience in Solutioning and should have a consultative approach

- Well-versed with Excel and CRM software

- Customer handling and requirement understanding.

Qualification :

- The candidate should be graduate from Bsc-IT / BSc-CS
