Job Description:

- Responsible for enabling achievements of business targets & process excellence using defined strategies, exception management and resolve inter function issues.

- Responsible for profit centre.

- Responsible for advisory unit rollout.

- Responsible for achieving sales and other targets (as announced by the BU - Head) for the region.

- Sales & Service Force Management.

- Key - accounts and prospective customers management (tenders).

- Sales promotional activities through seminars & presentations.

- Business analysis - both for Sales & Service.

- Rolling forecast and course correction.

- Human Resources - Issues (day-to-day), employee performance, training & development.

- Cost - control for the region as per the cost budget.

Skills/Knowledge prerequisites

- Candidates should possess adequate knowledge about the Indian market and selling of Analytical Instruments and selling of Services. Prior experience of working in a similar set up is critical success factors for this position.

Educational Qualifications:

- A professional with BE Chemical/Instrumentation/Electronics/ MBA Or B Sc. Chemistry with Higher experience.

- Presentable.

- Ability to accept challenge.

- Team Development Quality.

- Good Presentation skills.

Professional Skills
