Skydo Technologies - Associate/Account Manager - Customer Success (2-5 yrs)
Summary:
Skydo is looking for an Account Manager/Customer Success Associate to join our Customer Success team. This role will report to the customer success lead and will be responsible for improving the activation and post-onboarding experience of Skydo customers. The successful candidate will also have monthly targets to meet.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage customer relationships, ensuring high levels of activations and satisfaction.
- Engage with onboarded customers frequently via multiple channels, calls, email, and WhatsApp.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets, driving revenue, expanding market share, and acting as a revenue generator in business development.
- Monitor customer health metrics, developing strategies to address areas of concern.
- Conduct product demos for customers to explain the platform usage.
- Give feedback to the demand generation/sales team on customer quality based on interactions and feedback from customers.
Requirements:
- Strong academic record with approx.
- 4 years of work experience and at least 2 years in B2B sales or account management.
- Excellent English communication skills, persuasiveness, and interpersonal skills.
- Sales DNA (target orientation), attention to detail and execution focus strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to think strategically.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A passion for service excellence and improving the customer experience.
Location: Bangalore (in-office) Mon-Fri, with occasional travel
