SkyBless - Customer Relationship & Business Development Manager (3-5 yrs)
The person should have 3 to 5 years experience in a techno-commercial field operations role.
- The role involves managing customer relationship, supervising the maintenance of distributed energy systems, collection, interfacing with the maintenance teams of customer, Equipment Suppliers, DISCOMs and Systems Engineering Centre of the company.
- The job also involves signing up new customers in the defined operations territory through referrals and channel partner activity.
- The person would be responsible for the P&L and the customer satisfaction or the net promoter score for the territory assigned.
- This is a field job and also involves managing channel partners and training them.
Qualifications :
- Engineering or Science Graduate.
- MBA is desirable but not mandatory.
- Non-Engineering Graduates or MBAs can also apply as long as they have a relevant work experience.
Note:
The company is in a start up phase and likely to remain so for some time and during this period it does not/ may not have any PF registration. The employees would also have to obtain a medical insurance on their own as the company would not have a group insurance policy for some time to come.
