Sky Education - Academic Counselor (0-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
1) Should Be Able to Provide Professional Advice and Guidance to Students Interested in the Courses of the University .
2) Responsible for entire student admission cycle : call to given leads, follow-ups, counseling, support and retention.
3) Responsible for achieving weekly and monthly admission target.
4) Handling day to day telephonic admission inquiries and need to provide information to students about all the courses provided by institute and line-up there face to face counseling session with your superior.
5) Responsible for documentation and Managing the MIS Report on day to day basis and sending daily performance report to director.
Desired Candidate Profile :
1) Relevant experience in counselling profile.
2) Strong communication, presentation and persuasion skills. Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
3) Ability to approach any situation with patience and very strong empathy.
4) Must be a team player with the ability to work independently, prioritise
