Job Opportunity for Content Writer


Technical skills required:

- Proficiency in MS Office - especially Word, PowerPoint, Publisher

- Experience in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Acrobat Pro

- Experience in communication material design, creation, editing and formatting

- Experience in using email software such as MailChimp

- Experience in website content management systems (CMS) (data entry)

Behavioural skills required:

- Excellent English language skills - developing content, writing, editing

- An eye for detail

- Well-organised and methodical

- Ability to work under minimum supervision and at a demanding pace

- Good multitasking skills

- Strong project management skills

- Takes initiative and complete ownership of his/her work

- Enthusiastic, open-minded and flexible

- Good interpersonal skills

- Creative in finding solutions

- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality

External Communication :

- Focus on activities to increase SKP's visibility and engagement with our external audience

Conceptualise and design:


- Group brochures

- Group and practice-specific flyers, posters

- Alerts, newsletters, articles, publications

- Review and edit content for all of the above for language, grammar, tone and run plagiarism checks

Create/review and manage content (CMS) for the Group's websites, including:

- Articles, case studies, practice-specific updates

- Monitor analytics


- Blog creation and management

- Digital marketing: Strategise and manage the company's presence across digital platforms

- Email marketing

- Social media pages - post content and monitor analytics

- Search engine optimisation (SEO) and marketing (SEM)

- Support practice- or product-specific campaigns

- Draft important emails/letters as required

- Coordinate with external agencies for any communication requirement

- Support all teams across the Group with any communication requirement

Internal Communication :

- Publish our internal quarterly newsletter - coordinate internally for content and put it together

- Increase employee engagement on social networks

- Manage our editorial calendar

- Brand guidelines: Create handbooks/style guides for grammar, writing style, font, colours, letter writing, imagery, etc.

- Work with the HR team to help improve internal engagement, etc.
