We are looking for a go-getter to join the placements team. The ideal candidate will be someone who can drive the placements of the students by scouting relevant openings and sizing the portfolio companies at SkilloVilla.

Job Description :

1. Communicate effectively with the students and motivate them to seek admission

2. Maintain a database of students through follow up, engagement to provide timely support to student

3. Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to enroll with SkilloVilla as a solution

4. Handle Objections and Price negotiations to generate Sales Revenue

5. Learn/ Upgrade one's own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s)

6. Will have to own end to end ownership of the sales funnel and drive revenue

7. Will have to achieve monthly targets and contribute to achieving company goals

Candidate Profile :

- Graduate or Post Graduate

- Looking for a full-time role

- Willing to relocate to Bangalore

- Having a total prior work - experience between 1 to 2 years

- A user-first and business first thinking with expert product instincts to balance user & business impact

- In the education technology space (looking to disrupt upskilling and employment space, with an innovative concept)
